This post is great. Makes a lie of the myth that journalism back then was vanilla pudding. The magazine reminds me of Hush Hush in LA Confidential.
ReplyDeleteGreat comment,I love this stuff as well. I'm not 100% sure that everyone would actually call this "journalism," but the inclusion of articles that deal with anything other than celebrity gossip in these magazines is noteworthy.
